The practice of withdrawing a menu item and later reintroducing it as a temporary event is submitted for review.
(1) WHEREAS, the item was on the menu without ceremony for eleven years;
(2) WHEREAS, its return was announced as though it had been recovered from a shipwreck;
(3) WHEREAS, the price on return was not the price on departure;
NOW THEREFORE, an item once removed be returned permanently or not at all.
